Everywhere. You can see and edit most of your information in the app, change your discovery and privacy settings at any time, and delete your account from settings.
Europe and the United Kingdom (GDPR and UK GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Where you object to processing based on legitimate interests, we stop unless we have compelling grounds.
California (CCPA and CPRA). You have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
Other United States states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana, have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and appeal. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Canada (PIPEDA). You may access and correct your personal information and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Brazil (LGPD). You have the rights of confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, and information about sharing, and you may complain to the ANPD.
Australia (Privacy Act). You may access and correct your personal information and complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
To exercise any right, write to Legal@dove-app.com from the address on your account, or use the in app tools. We respond within the time your law allows, normally within thirty days, and we may ask for information to confirm it is really you.
